All the soldiers who were under his command had remained loyal to him. King Strogforth was aware of the strong influence that general Kalomlahkuff had on the Troy Army. The King also knew that the general had a large number of supporters through out the entire country. The general had to be placed on trial for his crime, but King Strogforth didn't want a civil war either. Therefore he started to lead a campaign on building a Navy for the military in order to gain their support. Troy had a navy, but it was old and outdated. The King knew that the idea of a new Navy will please the country very much. The king's health was not perfect, but he was determined to work very hard in order to bring justice to his beloved daughter, Hanoue.
