Hanoue (PartIX))

In Rome life continues as usual. Caesar struggled to maintain Power while the people wanted Rome to return to the Republic. In Europe, Rome had conquered Germany, Great Britain and Spain, and all the middle eastern countries, including Israel. Troy and Egypt were the only two countries in Northern Africa that were able to resist its power to dominate; even though Egypt was an allied to Rome. Hanoue's captivity would change the political alliance between these two countries. Pharoh had trusted Rome blindly, and was unable to accept the fact that his grand daughter was a captive in Rome for so many years. General Kalomlahkuff was finally exposed in the conspiration that had leaded to Hanoue's captivity in Rome. Pharoh and King Strogforth demanded his return back to Troy to withstand trial for his criminal act. While these three countries were debating their political issues, Abernaby resumed his formal life, but could never forget his beloved Hanoue, therefore he turned to food for comfort. He had gained a tremendous amount of weights, and he started to develop health problems like diabetes and heart disease.
The children were well taken care of, and they seemed to be happy, even though they could not understand why their mother was no longer with them.
General Kalomlahkuff was summoned to the palace to discuss his faith. He was told that Rome was under a lot of pressure from both Troy and Egypt to expedise him back to his native land, so he can be placed in trial for his crime against the King of Troy. He realized right away that he did not have a chance to stay in Rome, because Egypt was a valuable allied to Rome. The political tension was escalating already in Rome, as the people demanded the return of the Republic. Rome was not doing better either in Europe, because there were rumors that the Europeans were planning a major uprising against Rome. Rome was already isolated and needed a powerful friend like Egypt. Kalomlahkuff may had a wicked mind, but he was a soldier first. He had two options; which were, either suicide or to surrender to the King of Troy.
